Acceptable Use Policy

5.1 Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") establishes the standards governing the appropriate, lawful, and responsible use of the Blinko Platform.
The purpose of this Policy is to:
- Protect the security and integrity of the Platform.
- Promote responsible use of Blinko products and services.
- Protect Businesses, Growth Partners, consumers, and other users.
- Prevent fraud and abuse.
- Support responsible use of Guide and other AI capabilities.
- Maintain a trusted and professional ecosystem.
This Policy applies in addition to the Master Terms of Service and all other applicable agreements within the Blinko Governance & Trust Framework.
5.2 Scope
This Policy applies to all individuals and organizations using any Blinko service, including:
- Growth Partners
- Business Customers
- Business Employees
- Consumers
- Administrators
- API Users
- Trial Users
- Contractors
- Website Visitors where applicable
5.3 General Principle
Users are expected to use the Platform:
- Lawfully.
- Honestly.
- Professionally.
- Responsibly.
- Respectfully.
- Securely.
Every participant shares responsibility for protecting the integrity of the Blinko ecosystem.
5.4 Authorized Use
The Platform may be used solely for legitimate business and personal purposes consistent with:
- This Handbook.
- Applicable agreements.
- Applicable laws.
- Published Platform documentation.
Users shall use the Platform only through authorized interfaces and supported workflows.
5.5 Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate account information.
- Protecting passwords and authentication credentials.
- Enabling multi-factor authentication where available.
- Restricting unauthorized access.
- Promptly reporting suspected account compromise.
Accounts are personal unless organizational sharing is expressly authorized by Blinko.
5.6 Lawful Use
Users shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Platform.
Users shall not use the Platform to facilitate unlawful conduct, including but not limited to fraud, identity theft, money laundering, harassment, or other prohibited activities.
5.7 Respectful Conduct
Users shall interact respectfully with:
- Businesses.
- Customers.
- Growth Partners.
- Blinko personnel.
- Community members.
The following conduct is prohibited:
- Harassment.
- Threats.
- Hate speech.
- Discrimination.
- Bullying.
- Intimidation.
- Abusive language.
- Obscene or offensive content where unrelated to legitimate business purposes.
5.8 Platform Integrity
Users shall not intentionally interfere with the operation of the Platform.
Prohibited activities include:
- Circumventing security controls.
- Attempting unauthorized access.
- Interfering with system availability.
- Conducting denial-of-service attacks.
- Introducing malicious software.
- Exploiting known vulnerabilities.
- Testing Platform security without authorization.
5.9 Fraudulent Activity
Users shall not engage in activities intended to improperly obtain financial, operational, or commercial benefit.
Examples include:
- Fake Business registrations.
- Fake customer accounts.
- Artificial subscription creation.
- Commission manipulation.
- Identity fraud.
- Document falsification.
- Payment fraud.
- Referral abuse.
- Misrepresentation of customer activity.
Blinko maintains zero tolerance for fraud.
5.10 Misrepresentation
Users shall not knowingly misrepresent:
- Their identity.
- Their authority.
- Product capabilities.
- Pricing.
- Platform policies.
- Relationship with Blinko.
- Customer relationships.
Honest communication is fundamental to the Platform.
5.11 Intellectual Property
Users shall respect the intellectual property rights of Blinko and third parties.
Users shall not:
- Copy proprietary software without authorization.
- Remove copyright notices.
- Reproduce proprietary documentation.
- Infringe trademarks.
- Misappropriate confidential materials.

5.12 Responsible AI Usage
Guide and other AI capabilities shall be used responsibly.
Users shall not intentionally use AI to:
- Generate fraudulent content.
- Mislead Businesses.
- Create deceptive marketing.
- Produce unlawful material.
- Circumvent Platform safeguards.
- Generate malicious software.
- Violate intellectual property rights.
- Engage in harassment or discrimination.
Guide is intended to enhance professional conduct rather than replace responsible judgment.
5.13 Data Usage
Users shall access only information they are authorized to access.
Users shall not:
- Download excessive amounts of data without authorization.
- Harvest personal information.
- Share confidential information improperly.
- Attempt to access another user's information.
- Circumvent access controls.
Privacy obligations apply to all Platform data.
5.14 Automation
Users shall not use unauthorized automation to:
- Create accounts.
- Generate fake activity.
- Scrape Platform content.
- Circumvent rate limits.
- Manipulate Platform metrics.
Authorized APIs and automation features may be used in accordance with applicable documentation and agreements.
5.15 Communications
Users shall use Platform communication features responsibly.
Prohibited communications include:
- Spam.
- Phishing.
- Malware distribution.
- Fraudulent solicitations.
- Unauthorized mass messaging.
- Deceptive marketing.
Communications should comply with applicable anti-spam and consumer protection laws.
5.16 Security Reporting
Users are encouraged to responsibly report suspected:
- Security vulnerabilities.
- Fraud.
- Platform abuse.
- AI safety concerns.
- Privacy issues.
Responsible disclosure contributes to Platform security.
Users shall not publicly disclose security vulnerabilities before providing Blinko a reasonable opportunity to investigate and respond.
5.17 Third-Party Integrations
Users shall use third-party integrations responsibly.
Users remain responsible for:
- Compliance with applicable third-party agreements.
- Protecting API credentials.
- Reviewing integration permissions.
- Maintaining security of connected systems.
Blinko may disable integrations that threaten Platform security or integrity.
5.18 Enforcement
Blinko may investigate suspected violations of this Policy.
Where appropriate, Blinko may:
- Issue warnings.
- Require corrective action.
- Suspend accounts.
- Restrict Platform access.
- Remove content.
- Suspend commissions.
- Terminate participation.
- Pursue available legal remedies.
Enforcement actions shall generally be proportionate to the severity and impact of the violation.
5.19 Good Faith
Blinko intends to administer this Policy fairly and consistently.
Users are encouraged to seek clarification whenever uncertain whether a particular activity complies with this Policy.
Responsible use benefits all participants within the Blinko ecosystem.
5.20 Policy Updates
Blinko may update this Policy periodically to address:
- Product enhancements.
- AI advancements.
- Security threats.
- Legal developments.
- Industry best practices.
- Operational improvements.
Material updates will be communicated as required by applicable law.
This Acceptable Use Policy establishes the standards governing responsible participation within the Blinko ecosystem.
The Platform is intended to foster trust, professionalism, innovation, and responsible use of artificial intelligence.
Every participant contributes to the integrity of the Platform by using Blinko honestly, securely, ethically, and in accordance with this Policy.
